Join EatWild for a backyard party where we will learn to jar sockeye salmon and make berry jam. You will take part in all of the steps of this Urban Hunter Gatherer experience, sourcing out the product, prepping for the jars, and pressure canning.
Summer isn’t just a great time for fishing, prawning and crabbing. It’s also a great time to preserve your catch. Learn how to can and smoke Sockeye, Pink and Chinook salmon. Trust us– bringing a can of your own salmon to work is *way* better than a tin of the supermarket stuff.
