We strongly encourage you to take the CORE class with us in a classroom setting. You’ll have the opportunity to learn firsthand from experience hunters, hear great stories, work through practical examples, and participate in the learning process.
Eatwild offers much more than just your hunting license certification in our CORE class. Unlike other core classes, EatWild introduces you to how to be a successful hunter. We discuss where and how to find game in British Columbia and we introduce you to effective hunting techniques. Join us, and become part Eatwild community of ethical hunters.
However, in some cases taking the course online or through self-study maybe more practical for your schedule. We offer limited examination services for your needs.
Did you do your CORE online (www.huntercourse.com)?
Eatwild will offer a limited number core class challenges for those who have undertaken self-study or taken core online. You are invited to join any of our regularly scheduled classes on day three of our scheduled classes.
On day three of our class we cover firearms safety, shooting in the field, meat care, and bear safety. You will join the class for 2 1/2 hours instruction. Following that you will complete the practical firearms exam and then write the core exam. The class runs from 6 PM to 10 PM. The course cost is $55 to join in with our class.
